Return & Refund Policy

Overview

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, refunds may be issued only in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately at support@dcorify.com if you wish to cancel or modify your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging all home dΓ©cor items to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery alongside your claim. To process your request, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original PayPal account used at checkout. In most cases, due to the fragile nature of home dΓ©cor items, return of the item will not be required unless specifically requested. In cases where only part of an order is affected, a partial refund may be issued for the damaged or defective items only.

Important Notice β€” Natural Variations

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish
  • Natural variations in handcrafted or natural materials such as glass, ceramic, wood, and stone
  • Differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings
  • Slight imperfections that are inherent to production methods

European Union β€” Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@dcorify.com
  • Items must be returned to us unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs for EU withdrawals are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original PayPal account within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery outside of EU withdrawal rights
  • Incorrect expectations regarding size, color, or style
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation
  • Sale or discounted items unless defective
  • Custom or personalized items unless defective
  • Refund requests that show signs of misuse, fraud, or abuse of this policy

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original PayPal account within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your bank or PayPal support directly.
